Job summary

Zachary Daniels in Newbury is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive sales, lead a strong team, and uphold standards of service and store presentation.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will manage day-to-day operations, monitor KPIs such as wages, wastage and shrinkage, and ensure compliance, audits and health & Safety policies while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and legislation.

As an Assistant Store Manager, reporting to the Store Manager and leading a strong team, you will play a key role in driving sales, operational excellence and customer satisfaction. You'll take ownership of key KPIs including wages, wastage and shrinkage, while also ensuring high standards across customer service, compliance, audits and store presentation.

Assistant Store Manager Responsibilities;
