Our Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager with all operational and commercial activities in your store. You will provide clear leadership to establish a high-performance team that drives sales, achieves KPIs, and delivers exceptional customer service.

As an Imaginative and Dedicated Manager, you will coach and develop your team to reach their potential and demonstrate your knowledge and passion for The White Company.

What you'll be doing

  • Maximize contribution by helping to achieve sales targets and controlling costs.
  • Assist the Store Manager in managing store expenses without compromising store objectives.
  • Support training, development, and motivation of staff to deliver high levels of customer service and performance.
  • Manage the customer experience as part of the TWC multi-channel strategy.
