Vodafone Limited in the UK is seeking a proactive retail teammate for our Vodafone Partner stores. You will lead frontline colleagues, coach performance, and deputise for the store manager when needed to keep the operation running smoothly.

You will provide expert knowledge of Vodafone products, services and processes, help customers get the most from their technology, and strive to meet and exceed sales targets while upholding compliance and FCA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and driving sales.
• Ability to coach and develop store staff.
• Capable of deputising for store manager.
• Strong customer-focused approach and product knowledge.
• Understand and apply regulatory guidelines.

• Deliver exceptional service to Vodafone customers and take personal ownership for meeting their needs
• Undertake regular learning and development and align with company and FCA requirements
• Always adhere to company and regulatory policies and guideline
