The Role

The Role TOTEME is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our London Flagshipstore on Mount St on a full-time basis. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in leading the team, driving sales, and delivering an elevated client experience. As a brand ambassador, you will help cultivate a welcoming and inspiring in-store environment while building lasting client relationships. You will report directly to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Manage store operations, ensure efficient workflows, and staff scheduling.
  • Drive sales performance and monitor progress to consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Provide daily coaching and support to Sales Advisors, ensuring high team performance and consistent service excellence.
  • Guide the team on brand knowledge, collections, store experience, and operational procedures.
  • Support the planning and execution of in-store events and activations in collaboration with the Store Manager.
  • Lead by example in developing strong client relationships and fostering a culture of genuine clienteling.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and coach the team on day-to-day execution.
  • Conduct regular team briefings to align on business priorities, company policies, and new collections.
  • Share product insights and qualitative feedback with internal teams, based on client needs and local trends.
  • Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.
Your Profile
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a senior retail role, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
  • Experience in leading and coaching a high-performing team.
  • Solid understanding of store workflows, budgeting, and performance analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
