*Liquidation Center* is a fast-growing discount retailer specializing in overstocks, closeouts, and amazing deals on everything from furniture and electronics to apparel and housewares. We?re currently seeking a motivated and dependable *Assistant Store Manager* to support daily operations and help lead our retail team to success.*Key Responsibilities:** Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations* Supervise and support staff on the floor to ensure productivity and customer satisfaction* Help schedule shifts and delegate tasks to team members* Ensure inventory is received, organized, and merchandised properly* Monitor sales floor performance and ensure all areas are clean, stocked, and well-presented* Train and guide new employees and support ongoing team development* Assist with opening and closing duties* Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues as they arise*Requirements:** 1?2 years of retail experience, ideally in a leadership or supervisory role* Strong organizational and communication skills* A hands-on, lead-by-example management style* Must be dependable, punctual, and proactive* Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed* Flexible availability including weekends*Job Details:** *Part-time to full-time* (25?35 hours/week)* Opportunity for growth and advancement* Must have reliable transportation to and from work*Why Join Us?*Liquidation Center is not just a workplace ? it?s a dynamic, deal-driven environment where no two days are the same.
