Key Responsibilities:

Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and new store openings

Assist in leading, training, and developing a high-performing team

Contribute to recruitment and onboarding processes

Help drive sales performance and ensure a premium customer experience

Support with operational tasks, including stock management and team performance reviews

Experience Required:

Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within luxury retail

Exposure to store openings and team recruitment

Strong leadership and communication skills

Confident handling operational duties and team development
