Are you passionate about sales with ambitions to grow your career in retail management?

Our Henry Street store in Dublin is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to work alongside the Store Manager to lead our team of 4 resident optometrists and 13 retail colleagues. This store is one of the highest performing Vision Express stores in Ireland and our preferred candidate will need to be confident and able to create a positive environment for colleagues and customers.

As an Assistant Store Manager at Vision Express, you’ll lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and you’ll motivate and inspire the team to deliver in our mission to help provide tailored and effective eyecare and eyewear solutions to customers every day.

•Free eyewear up to €550 annually with immediate eligibility.
•On target bonuses of up to €4,680, depending on performance.
•Stretch target bonuses of up to €9,360, depending on performance.
