Ideal Candidate

• Experience: Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Leader in fast-paced Retail or Hospitality sectors is advantageous. Candidates from any hospitality, leisure, or retail management background are welcome.

• Attention to Detail: You possess a keen attention to detail, understand company procedures, and can deliver clear instructions.
• Flexibility: Willing to travel within a 45-minute radius of your home location and other stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: Coach and develop your team to achieve outstanding results.
• Deputise: Stand in for the Store Manager, ensuring adherence to all processes and compliance.
• Task Implementation: Set and implement tasks for effective service, stock management, and customer flow.
• Sales Maximisation: Drive sales through executing a clear operating plan.
• Target Achievement: Set and exceed targets to help the team reach their full potential.
• Stock Ordering: Complete daily stock orders to ensure store availability.
