A leading outdoor retail company seeks an Assistant Store Manager for its Fort William location. The successful candidate will manage store profitability, lead a dedicated team, and ensure excellent customer service. Ideal applicants will have retail management experience, strong KPI awareness, and an interest in outdoor activities.
As the Assistant Store Manager of our iconic store in Fort William, you will assist in managing the profit and loss of your store through effective team leadership. We seek candidates who are commercially aware and KPI-focused, with a strong ability to monitor and respond to sales figures to ensure profitability. Customer service is paramount, and you will be expected to drive excellent service through the sales team and lead by example.
The ideal applicant must have retail experience, preferably at supervisor or management level. Knowledge of the outdoor sports market would be advantageous.
