Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Location: Cannock

Salary: £35,000 to £44,000 per annum

Role: Permanent – Full-Time

Ideal Candidate

• Experience as an Assistant Manager, Store Manager, or Leader within fast-paced Retail or Hospitality sectors is advantageous; however, any hospitality, leisure, or retail management background will be considered.
• Motivated by results, excited by achieving high standards, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
• High attention to detail, understanding of company procedures, and the ability to deliver clear instructions.
• Open to travelling within a 45-minute radius of your home and to other locally accessible stores.
• A proactive, solution-focused individual capable of prioritising, delegating, and developing a team to achieve targets.

The Role – Key Responsibilities

• Managing, coaching, and developing a team to achieve outstanding results.
• Deputising for the Store Manager to ensure all processes, procedures, and compliance are managed professionally.
• Setting and implementing tasks to ensure effective service, stock management, and customer flow.
• Delivering and maximising sales results through effective execution of operational plans.
• Driving the team to meet and exceed targets, setting clear goals to reach their potential.
• Completing daily stock orders to maintain store availability.
