We’re now looking for an energetic and commercially driven Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading our high-performing retail team.
The Role:
As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store. You’ll lead by example, coach the sales team, and help deliver outstanding customer service and strong commercial results. This is the ideal next step for someone with retail leadership experience who’s ready to take on more responsibility in a tech-forward environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Store Manager in achieving and exceeding sales and service targets
• Lead and inspire the team on the shop floor to deliver top-tier customer experiences
• Be a product expert — advising on mobile plans, broadband packages, upgrades, and smart devices
• Handle operational duties including scheduling, stock control, and cash handling
• Drive individual and team performance through coaching, feedback, and support
• Step up to lead the store in the Store Manager’s absence
• Ensure all policies, procedures, and health & safety standards are upheld

• Experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role
