Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and develop your team to achieve retail excellence.
• Sales Target Achievement: Drive store sales performance, meeting and exceeding KPIs.
• Customer Experience: Ensure a fantastic shopping experience for all customers.
• Visual Merchandising: Implement displays that attract customers and boost sales.
• Store Operations: Support the Store Manager in running the day-to-day retail operations.

Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience in retail, ideally as a Supervisor, Floor Manager, or Assistant Manager.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent customer service and team development abilities.
• A background in fashion or accessories is a plus.
