Are you?

• Thriving as an Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, or Leader in retail or hospitality is a plus, but any dynamic management background will be considered.
• Driven by results, excelling in maintaining high standards and delivering top-tier customer service.
• Detail-oriented, mastering company procedures and communicating instructions clearly.
• Willing to travel within a 45-minute radius to cover other stores.
• Proactive, solution-focused, with skills in prioritizing, delegating, and developing a team to meet targets.
