About The Role

What you'll be doing:

  • Working with the Store Manager, sharing joint responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store.
  • Leading by example, co-managing a small team of 4-6 staff members.
  • Motivating your team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Building rapport with customers by offering honest advice, exceeding expectations, and reassuring them during their decision-making process.
  • Working up to 45 hours per week; any extra hours are paid or can be taken as time off in lieu.
What You'll Need - Skills And Experience
  • Proven experience in retail customer service or sales environments.
  • Supervisory or junior management experience, preferably in a retail or field sales setting, especially in hard goods.
  • Practical knowledge of our product range.
  • Ability to sell our products effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience in achieving sales targets.
  • Confident, enthusiastic team player.
  • Strong accuracy, numeracy, and basic computer skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Desire to succeed both individually and as a team co-leader.
