We are offering a rare opportunity for an outstanding Assistant Store Manager to join our store (Outlet) in Bicester, UK.

Responsibilities:

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager with daily operations, aims to achieve sales targets, and exemplifies excellent customer service. They assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards and creating a memorable customer experience to drive revenue. Main responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting sales and visual merchandising
  2. Team support and development (training, coaching, etc.)
  3. Back office tasks such as reporting, planning, sales culture, stock management, inventory, and loss prevention
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Profound experience in a similar leadership role, ideally in London
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Passion for the brand and the fashion retail industry
  • Strong communication skills for positive interaction with team and clients
  • Fluent in English
