What We're Looking For

We seek managers with strong leadership or retail experience who can support and energize a team to excel in safety, customer service, operations, and team activities.

What You Are Responsible For

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team and all aspects of the forecourt and store operations, including our Wild Bean Cafe.

  • Ensuring the safety of yourself, your team, and customers, in line with BP policies and procedures, is your top priority.
  • Ensuring legal and safety compliance across all store operations, e.g., food safety, underage sales, forecourt operations.
  • Working with the team to deliver excellent customer service at every level by focusing on fundamentals, listening to customers, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Supporting the management of the team, including engagement, development, training, recruitment, and other people-related tasks.
