Job Purpose
An important member of the Dulux Decorator Centre (DDC) store management team, you will support the Store Manager in increasing sales and market share by building effective partnerships with customers as well as developing and engaging the store sales team to meet performance targets. It is important that you have the ability to cover for the Store Manager in their absence.
This is a full-time 40-hour per week role, and you need to be available to work shifts between 7 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday. You will also work some occasional Saturday shifts.
