We are seeking an Assistant Stock Manager to join our growing UK team. Our journey began ten years ago with Les Componentes, now known as Sézane, committed to innovation, creativity, quality, and service. Your Missions
Stock Management at the Apartment
  • Master Sézane policies, standards, and procedures
  • Organize storage spaces
  • Manage deliveries, customer returns, and defective items
  • Order consumables and miscellaneous supplies
  • Prioritize customer needs and knowledge of stock
  • Support the sales team with requested items
  • Conduct regular inventories
  • Manage incoming and outgoing inventory
  • Ensure daily supplies and storage of reserves
  • Plan deliveries and collection changes
  • Isolate new products for new collections
Concierge Responsibilities
  • Manage after-sales services and reimbursements
  • Send packages for repairs
  • Handle Click & Collect processes
  • Follow up on pending orders
Team Management and Development
  • Assist in organizing the stock team
  • Onboard new employees
  • Train staff on inventory procedures
  • Foster a positive work environment
  • Suggest procedure improvements
  • Set and monitor team goals
  • Develop team skills
  • Report stock issues to the Retail team
