Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Assistant Spa Manager to support the business in overseeing the recently renovated and refurbished luxury Spa facilities.

Duties will include:

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager in ensuring our 8 rooms operate to the fullest capacity at the highest standard.
• Lead by example and carry out treatments when required.
• Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through retail sales and treatments.
• Support in delivering training, adhering to Health & Safety policies and meeting agreed targets.
• Induction training will be given, along with the opportunity to attend Elemis training courses.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a position of responsibility within the Spa industry.
• Level 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy.
• Previous experience in ELEMIS products and treatments is highly desirable, however not essential as training will be provided.
