Keoghs is seeking an Assistant Solicitor to join the Personal Injury team, based in Bolton with hybrid working and occasional London office attendance. You will work alongside an experienced Lead Lawyer on EL/PL claims and high-value matters, requiring 2–4 years PQE and a proactive, collaborative approach.

You will manage a diverse portfolio, from lower-value cases to multi-million disputes, while developing skills in liability, quantum, and coverage issues within a top-tier firm.

Are you a qualified solicitor looking to take the next step in your personal injury career? We are seeking an ambitious Assistant Lawyer to join our London team but able to work North-West based, working alongside an experienced Lead Lawyer on a high-profile client account.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE to gain exposure to a varied caseload of Employer's Liability and Public Liability (EL/PL) claims, ranging from lower-value matters through to complex, high-value cases worth millions of pounds.

What You'll Be Doing

Working closely with the Lead and wider specialist team, you will play a key role in managing and progressing a diverse portfolio of personal injury claims while delivering exceptional service to a valued client.

• Assisting with and managing EL/PL personal injury claims.
• Handling cases spanning a broad range of values, from straightforward matters to million-pound disputes.

About You:

We are keen to hear from qualified solicitors who can demonstrate:

• 2-4 years' post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Experience handling defendant personal injury claims.
• Strong knowledge of EL/PL litigation.
• An understanding of coverage disputes, or a willingness to further develop knowledge in this area.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and case management skills.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to working with colleagues and clients.
