Keoghs in Manchester (hybrid) is seeking an Assistant Lawyer to join our London team while based in the North-West. With 2-4 years' PQE, you will handle EL/PL personal injury claims, ranging from straightforward matters to high-value disputes, and work closely with the Lead Lawyer on a high-profile client account.

This role offers exposure to a varied caseload, collaborative team culture, and regular office attendance to support learning and development.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' PQE in EL/PL litigation.
• Assist with EL/PL personal injury claims.
• Manage a diverse portfolio and liaise with Lead Lawyer.
• Excellent communication and case management.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with and managing EL/PL personal injury claims.
• Handling cases spanning a broad range of values, from straightforward matters to million-pound disputes.
• Supporting the strategic management of a major client account.
• Investigating liability, quantum, and coverage-related issues.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
