A leading construction company seeks a Site Coordinator to assist the Site Manager in managing site development to completion. The role includes coordinating resources, ensuring quality and cost targets are met, and delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates should have experience in construction management, assertiveness, and effective prioritization skills.
Within the construction environment, consider buying materials, managing large projects, ensuring health and safety, and customer service. We work on approximately 400 developments across the UK, each with unique challenges, from new builds on brownfield sites to adapting existing structures like factories or hospitals.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will assist in managing the site development through to completion, ensuring targets for programme, quality, and cost are met by effectively managing the site team and subcontractors.
