Job summary

Miller Homes is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for the South West region, based at Caerleon Grange in Newport. You will provide on-site support to the Site Manager and help ensure activities align with the build programme and company standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating labour and sub-contractor work on a plot-by-plot basis, monitoring site activities in accordance with the Construction Phase Health & Safety Plan, and maintaining site security and access control.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, ideally with a Housebuilder
• Ability to plan, organise and monitor sub-contract activity on a day by day basis
• Positive can-do attitude to succeed and progress within the business
• Hold relevant industry qualifications and accreditations

We are looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager for our South West region, to be based at our fantastic Caerleon Grange development in Newport. The role will see you provide on-site support to the Site Manager, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with the build programme and to specified company and company standards.
