The ideal candidate will have extensive background in volume housebuilding and a flawless health and safety record, with a proven ability to drive construction programmes, inspect trades, manage snagging and coordinate site logistics to deliver plots on time and to a high quality.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day coordination of on-site operations and drive programmes.
• Conduct inspections across trades and manage snagging with NHBC standards.
• Supervise on-site contractors/labour and monitor progress, safety, and productivity.
• Collaborate with sales and customer care to ensure plots are ready for handover.
