Assistant Site Manager / Finishing Manager (Main Contractor / New Build Residential) | Freelance | West London

Salary: £180 – £200 per day
Location: West London
Region: London

I have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager / Finishing Manager to join a leading Main Contractor on a freelance basis, working on a new build residential project in West London.

The company is a Major Main Contractor that works on a range of new build and refurbishment projects in various sectors including healthcare, education, private and public residential, student accommodation, and commercial markets.

They are looking for an Assistant Site Manager / Finishing Manager within their new build residential division to work on a new build residential scheme comprising 115 apartments. The value of the project is circa £60m. The Assistant Site Manager / Finishing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the internal finishes within one of the blocks and must have an excellent eye for a good finish.

Experience:

1. Experience working as an Assistant Site Manager / Finishing Manager
2. Track record working on new build residential projects for a reputable house builder
3. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
4. Trade background (preferably carpentry)
5. Attention to detail / eye for a quality finish
6. Able to commute to West London on a daily basis
7. Available to start at short notice
