Job summary

Taylor Wimpey is seeking a Site Supervisor to efficiently manage field operations, coordinate labour and sub-contractors, and ensure timely, quality construction in line with NHBC and Building Regulations. You will support the Site Manager in planning, safety, and customer-focused activities.

The role requires rigorous site discipline, effective communication with Sales and Buying teams, and dedication to delivering homes that meet high standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• NVQ Residential Construction Site Supervision L4
• Detailed knowledge of building process, including NHBC and Building Regulations

Responsibilities

• Organise and control labour and sub-contractors to meet the build programme.
• Maintain health and safety compliance with regulations and company procedures.
• Plan visits and coordinate inspections with relevant authorities and inspectors.
• Assist Site Manager in customer relations and post-completion checks.
• Ensure waste, site presentation and housekeeping follow company policies.
