Job summary

Russell Taylor Group is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join their Wirral team on a residential New Build project. You will work alongside the Site Manager and deliver phases from inception through to handover, ensuring high quality standards.

Experience delivering low-rise apartment or housing schemes is preferred. The project includes energy efficiency measures and timber frame construction, with opportunities for career progression within a well-established contractor.

Qualifications

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required.
• Experience delivering New Build residential projects is essential.
• Ability to work with Site Manager to deliver schemes from inception to handover.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Manager in delivering residential projects end-to-end.
• Support handover and ensure high-quality standards on site.
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance on the construction site.

My client is a property and housing developer in the north west, that due to an exciting project win is looking to increase their management teams with a Assistant Site Manager. The Assistant Site Manager they are looking for will have proven experience working on New Build projects; delivering said projects from inception through to completion and hand over.

As an Assistant Manager you have worked along site a Site Manager in delivering new build apartments or housing.

The project in mind is low rise apartments, so any previous experience of this would be beneficial. The project is part of a prestigious phase of works on Wirral, delivering low carbon, low energy cost housing. Each apartment will benefit from energy efficiency measures to reduce CO2 emissions, including solar panels and EV charging. The homes are timber frame new build housing.

The successful Assistant Site Manager will have delivered residential projects successfully. You will have the highest quality standards and experience in delivering New Build residential schemes. They have some further apartments in the pipeline so prefer someone with apartment experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and award-winning contractor. That will invest in your development in becoming a full site manager.
