Barratt Developments plc is seeking a Site Assistant to support site management on various projects across the UK. In this role, you'll coordinate trades and materials, ensuring quality and cost targets are met while delivering exceptional customer service. Within the construction environment, consider buying materials, managing large projects, ensuring health and safety, and customer service. We work on approximately 400 developments across the UK, each with unique challenges, from scratch on brownfield sites to adapting existing buildings such as old factories or disused hospitals.
We seek individuals who can bring fresh ideas and imagination, along with the commercial ability to manage people, budgets, and costs. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will assist in managing the development of the site through to completion, ensuring that programme, quality, and cost targets are met by effectively managing the site team and subcontractors.
