gap construction are proud to be representing a hugely respected Bespoke Housing Developer local to Welwyn Garden City in their search for a distinguished Assistant Site Manager to work at their site very local to Welwyn.

Performance Objectives

1. Working closely with the project manager to deliver the project within the deadline and to understand the full life cycle of the project.
2. Ensuring all the health, safety and environmental measures are met.
3. Ensuring all the projects are built to the highest standard of quality and contribute to a high standard of overall presentation on site.
4. Effectively helping to control and learn about all site-based activities with knowledge of development requirements, company procedures, and requirements.
5. Ordering equipment and materials, organizing their use and personnel involved.

Person Specification

1. Experience of high-quality housing/property construction. Although lesser experienced individuals will be considered, salary dependent.
2. An eye for detail and a passion for quality.
3. Fit and active.
4. Punctual.
5. Keen to learn.
6. SMSTS/SSSTS Card.
