Base pay range

Are you a hands-on Assistant Site Manager with a can-do attitude and a valid Forklift ticket? We’re looking for someone just like you to join a reputable residential contractor on a busy site in Waddesdon.

About the Role:

You’ll be supporting the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of a residential construction site, ensuring work is completed safely, to a high standard, and on schedule. This role suits someone who’s not afraid to get stuck in when needed—whether that’s helping trades, jumping on the forklift, or problem-solving on the ground.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the coordination and supervision of subcontractors and site operatives

Monitor site progress and help maintain project timelines

Support with health & safety compliance across the site

Handle deliveries and operate the forklift when required

Communicate effectively with the Site Manager and wider team

Be prepared to muck in and lend a hand wherever needed

Requirements:

Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on residential projects

Valid Forklift ticket (preferably CPCS or NPORS)

Strong work ethic and a team-first mentality

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A proactive and flexible approach to site work
