Job Description
Assistant Site Manager required to support the Project/Site Manager on the interior fit-out of a newly built commercial office building in central Swansea.
This role will entail organising and directing the site labour with regard to site deliveries/logistics, ensuring safe working conditions/H&S, liaising with subcontractors and generally managing the day-to-day activity on site whilst reporting in to the Project/Site Manager.
The ideal candidate will be proactive and able to work on their own initiative, working with the Project/Site Manager to deliver a successful project.
The Assistant Site Manager role would suit an ex-tradesperson who is looking to move towards site management.
A Gold (or Black) CSCS Card will be required, SSSTS or SMSTS and First Aid Certificate.
Note: There is no parking available on this site due to its town centre location but there are good public transport links.
