About the Role
Fawkes and Reece are looking for an Assistant Site Manager with experience in new build housing to join a residential development in Queensferry, Scotland. The role involves supporting the Site Manager in day-to-day site operations and helping drive quality and progress on a busy housing site.
Responsibilities
Assist with management of trades and subcontractors
Support daily site operations and logistics
Monitor programme and help ensure milestones are met
Ensure health & safety standards are maintained
Liaise with the site team, clients, and consultants
Help with snagging and handover processes
Requirements
Experience working on new build housing sites
SMSTS or SSSTS
First Aid
CSCS card
Strong organisational and communication skills
