Are you an aspiring Assistant Site Manager ready for your next challenge? We're looking for a proactive and dedicated individual to join our housing contractor team in Telford for a 2-month contract, starting ASAP!
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and make a real impact.
You'll be working closely with the Site Manager, to ensure the smooth and safe running of our housing project. Your support will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency.
Work directly with the Site Manager, assisting with daily operations, problem-solving, and site coordination.
Health & Safety Inspections: Conduct regular H&S inspections, ensuring compliance with all regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
Subcontractor Support: Liaise with and support our subcontractors, helping to resolve issues and maintain project timelines.
Inductions: Conduct site inductions for new personnel and visitors, ensuring everyone understands site rules and safety procedures.
Immediate Availability: You must be able to start straight away.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within residential construction is highly desirable.
Knowledge: A solid understanding of health and safety regulations on a construction site.
Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Attitude: Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player.
