Location: North East England, Tyne and Wear, Ryton

Job Type: Permanent, full-time hours Monday to Friday

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

Qualifications

• Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
• Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS)
• First Aid Certification
• Valid Driving Licence

Skills

• Experience in high-volume new build housing
• Knowledge of house building processes
• Proficiency in health and safety standards
