Your new company

Established and award-winning housing developer with exciting growth plans operating across the East, Lincolnshire, and the Midlands, with some projects further afield.

Your new role

Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an Assistant Site Manager to work on one of their developments in the North Cambridgeshire area, reporting to the Site Manager to assist in the delivery of the site, ensuring that Programme, Quality, and Cost targets are achieved in accordance with the build programme through the effective management of the Site team and subcontractors.

You will be expected to:

1. Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour, and materials to meet the production programme.
2. Work in conjunction with the Sales Team, attend regular Sales/Build meetings, ensure all Sales/Build procedures are adhered to, and carry out inspections of all show homes.
3. Accept responsibilities as determined by the Site Manager; deputise for the Site Manager when required.
4. Support the Site Manager in ensuring that the on-site Construction team is fully resourced and well-directed, with clear guidelines on their responsibilities, and provide support in communication, training, and workload organization.
5. Deliver excellent customer service to customers in line with company guidelines.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience working on similar residential developments.
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid certifications.
