An Assistant Site Manager is urgently required to work for a top 10 developer in London.

This opportunity is to work on a large residential scheme in London working on town houses and apartments.

Ideal candidate

• 3 years’ or more experience as an Assistant Site Manager.
• Degree qualified or have a similar construction management qualification.
• 3 years’ developer or main contractor experience.
• Experience in residential schemes.
• A strong track record as an Assistant Site Manager.
• Projects seen through from inception to completion.
• Having worked on large residential schemes.
• RC frame experience.
• CSCS Card.
• SMSTS certificate.
• First Aid Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Managing subcontractors.
• Health and Safety.
• Responsibility of packages.
• Ensuring all method statements are correct.
• Site managing from start to finish.
