Assistant Site Manager

Location: Liverpool

Salary: £40,000–£45,000 per annum + Car Allowance + Pension + Healthcare

Opportunity: As our next Assistant Site Manager, you’ll step into a fast-paced £10 million residential scheme in Liverpool, managing the internal finishes and snagging stages over the next 6–9 months. You’ll work closely with the Senior Site Manager to deliver impeccable quality, ensure timely completion, and uphold the high standards we’re known for. This role offers invaluable hands-on experience and full support to develop your leadership and technical skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee internal fit-out, finishing works, and snagging to ensure flawless delivery
  2. Coordinate contractors and suppliers, maintaining schedules and on-site safety
  3. Conduct quality inspections and prepare snagging reports for sign-off
  4. Liaise with the Senior Site Manager, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  5. Conduct daily briefings, manage compliance documentation, and drive continuous improvement
