Assistant Site Manager to support the successful delivery of high-quality homes on time and within budget.
?? About the Role:As Assistant Site Manager, you'll work closely with the Site Manager and wider project team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations on site. You'll play a key role in coordinating trades, maintaining health and safety standards, and ensuring quality control throughout the build process.
?? Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing all on-site activities and subcontractors
  • Monitor progress against project timelines and report updates
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Conduct quality inspections and snagging
  • Support site inductions and toolbox talks
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and consultants as required

?? What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within residential construction
  • Strong understanding of NHBC standards and building regulations
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS card, and First Aid certification (preferred)
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering excellence
