The Role
  • Assist the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of the site.
  • Ensure health & safety standards are adhered to at all times.
  • Coordinate trades and subcontractors to achieve programme targets.
  • Maintain quality control to deliver homes to the highest standard.
  • Support site administration, reporting, and client liaison.
About You
  • Experience working for a housebuilder or contractor in a supervisory or assistant management role.
  • Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with trades, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of NHBC/Building Regs desirable.
  • SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid preferred.
