About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Assistant Site Manager to join our clients team based in Suffolk on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Site Manager in overseeing all on-site operations.
  • Assist in ensuring that construction projects meet quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
  • Implement and maintain health and safety standards on site.
  • Assist in monitoring project progress and adherence to budgets.
  • Support in managing site documentation and records.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in residential construction.
  • Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme), First Aid, and CSCS certifications.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
