Overview

Are you a proven and enthusiastic Assistant Site Manager seeking a new role with a renowned household name developer?

We are delighted to be working with this developer as they seek to appoint an Assistant Site Manager to one of their key, fast paced developments in Dundee.

Responsibilities

Reporting to a Site Manager, typical day to day site duties of the Assistant Site Manager will include:

  • Meeting all Health and Safety requirements on a daily basis.
  • Assist with keeping the build programme moving forward to meet agreed targets.
  • Accommodate customer walk arounds / handovers to ensure first class customer service throughout.
  • Support labour and sub contractor coordination throughout the site to assist site manager.
  • Assist with the management of all site activity day to day (labour and sub contractor coordination).
  • Liaise with contractors to keep site / compound tidy and clean at all times.
Qualifications
  • A proven track record delivering new build construction projects.
  • Strong management skills to demonstrate confidence and comfort when liaising with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Up to date CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificates and some knowledge of NHBC Regulations.
