Assistant Site Manager - New build housing - West Midlands - up to £48,000 (dependant on experience) + package

Are you an experienced Assistant Site Manager open to new opportunities in the Coventry area?

Do you have experience within new build housing, having worked with volume projects and maintaining a 5* standard?

Responsibilities & Duties:
  1. Planning of programme of works
  2. Organising labour/sub-contractors and materials within a given budget
  3. Responsible for all health and safety on site
  4. Working closely with the internal management team to ensure they are kept up to date with project progress
  5. Maintaining excellent client relationships
  6. Ensuring training and development courses are attended
Must have:
  • SMSTS/SSSTS certification
  • First aid at work qualification
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Full UK driving licence
