We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join our friendly team. This position is based at our site in Wingerworth, working from our Central region on a permanent basis.

Duties include:

• Supporting the Site Manager in coordinating trades and directing labour and materials to meet the production schedule
• Collaborating with the Sales Team for regular Build/Sales meetings, adhering to procedures, and inspecting show homes
• Assuming responsibilities as delegated by the Site Manager and deputising when necessary
• Supporting the on-site Construction team with resources and clear responsibilities
• Providing support to site workers through communication, training, and workload organization
• Delivering excellent customer service according to company standards
• Implementing safety, health, and environmental policies and ensuring legal compliance
• Fostering a positive organizational culture aligned with company values
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring project completion to satisfaction

Qualifications and Skills:

• NVQ Level 4 in Construction Site Management or equivalent
• CSCS Gold Supervisor card
• SMSTS certification
• First Aid at Work certification
• Basic CISRS Scaffold Inspection
• Willingness to achieve BREGS and Fire Safety certifications during probation
• Experience with build programs and supervising site labor force
• Ability to meet delivery targets and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of construction trades, legislation, and safety standards
• Customer service experience
• Proficient in Office, Word, Excel
• Valid UK Driving Licence
