We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join our friendly team, based at our site in Wingerworth, working from our Central region on a permanent basis.

Duties include:

• Supporting the Site Manager in coordinating trades, directing labour and materials to meet the production schedule
• Attending Build/Sales meetings with the Sales Team, ensuring procedures are followed, and inspecting show homes
• Taking responsibility for duties assigned by the Site Manager and deputising when necessary
• Supporting the construction team with resources, training, and workload organization
• Providing excellent customer service in line with company guidelines
• Ensuring compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment policies, legal requirements, and best practices
• Fostering a positive organizational culture within projects that reflects company values
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients through and beyond construction, delivering value

Qualifications and Experience:

• NVQ Level 4 in Construction Site Management or equivalent
• CSCS Gold supervisor card
• SMSTS certification
• First Aid at Work certification
• Basic Scaffold Inspection – CISRS
• Willingness to achieve BREGS and Fire Safety certifications during probation
• Experience working to established build programs
• Supervision of site-based labour force
• Proven ability to meet delivery targets in residential development
• Strong knowledge of construction trades, health and safety, NHBC, and building regulations
• Customer service skills
• Proficient in Office, Word, Excel
• Full UK Driving Licence
