Qualifications

  • Experience within the traditional house building industry required.
  • Understanding of NHBC or LABC standards essential.
  • Full UK Driving License is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall project delivery from inception to completion.
  • Liaise with internal staff and external sub-contractors for smooth operations.
  • Ensure safety and wellbeing of all staff and visitors.
  • Identify process concerns and contribute to company-wide solutions.
  • Proactively check facilities during works for damage.

Skills

Experience within the traditional house building industry
Understanding of the NHBC or /LABC/Premier standards
Understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation
Current CSCS Card
Full UK Driving License
Qualified to minimum NVQ Level 4 in Construction Site Supervision

Responsibilities
  • Manage overall project delivery from inception to practical completion.
  • Manage and liaise with internal staff and external sub-contractors to ensure a smooth process.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing for all staff and visitors.
  • Identify concerns with processes, methods, or data and contribute to the development of company-wide solutions, bearing the customer needs in mind.
  • Proactively check all facilities during works for damage and report to management.
Qualifications
  • Experience within the traditional house building industry.
  • Understanding of the NHBC or /LABC/Premier standards
  • Understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Current CSCS Card, preferably with SMSTS and First Aid at Work.
  • Qualified to minimum NVQ Level 4 in Construction Site Supervision is desirable, however training will be provided
