Permanent, expected to work full-time hours Monday to Friday

£40,000 - £48,000 per annum

A prestigious Housing Developer, known in the industry for their high-quality homes, is seeking a permanent Assistant Site Manager to join their team in Derby. The site consists of 100+ traditional and bespoke homes.

Job Duties:
  • Assist the Site Manager in overseeing all aspects of the construction site
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and tradespeople
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to on-site
  • Monitor progress and quality of work on-site
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
  • Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction activities
Required Qualifications:
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
  • CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
  • First Aid certification
  • Valid Driving Licence
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and working to NHBC
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions:

This role involves working on a construction site, which may include outdoor work and exposure to various weather conditions.
