Job Description

I have a great opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join an East Sussex based Development business on a project involving the development of houses and apartments in Brighton. Reporting to the established Contracts Manager, and with the support of the directors, this site is considered a potential award-winning project of the future.

Responsibilities:

  1. Managing health and safety on site.
  2. Building strong relationships with contractors to coordinate trades and ensure build targets are met.
  3. Working with customer care to ensure all customer journey plans are followed from start to finish.
  4. Carrying out plot inspections alongside NHBC.
  5. Mentoring and developing trainees and apprentices across the site.

Key Attributes:

  • Experienced Assistant Site Manager with a minimum of 3 years in Volume House Building.
  • Fully conversant with NHBC standards.
  • Certifications: SMSTS, First Aid, Scaffold Inspection.
  • Experience managing sites with 50 - 150 units.

On offer is a basic salary of £50,000 - £58,000 plus car/allowance, pension, healthcare, 25 days leave, and bonus.
