The Opportunity

We have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to work under a Senior Site Manager to deliver a brand new long term multi-phased residential scheme in Brackley, Northamptonshire. This development will consist of 250 units, a mix of houses and apartments, primarily traditional build with some timber frame plots, and a push to win NHBC Pride in the Job.

What they are looking for

The candidate will need be an experienced Assistant Site Manager background in delivering new build residential schemes managing volume housing schemes with PLC housebuilders or Tier 1 main contractors; be able to manage programmes & budgets, and drive the site through to an exceptional quality finish, managing subcontractors & liaising with internal and external bodies whilst ensuring health & safety is kept to the highest standard.
