My client is a large, national residential developer who is looking to appoint an ambitious Assistant Site Manager to their team, looking after a multi-unit developments for a 5 month freelance contract.

Candidates must have worked for a residential developer in the past and be able to display a hands on approach and is locally based to Bordon, Hampshire.

My client is looking for someone who is at an Assistant Site Manager level wanting to learn and progress and not someone who is a Site Manager - you will be part of a bigger team.

Successful candidate must have SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS and experience in a similar role to be considered.
