Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to provide support on an ongoing housing development in North Devon. The role requires experience in site management, strong communication, and knowledge of Health & Safety. This contract is set to start ASAP and may last for 2 months or longer, offering a chance to contribute to a busy worksite.

Qualifications

• Experience at Site or Assistant Site management level required.
• Good communication skills and Health & Safety knowledge.
• Possession of SMSTS, First aid, and CSCS card essential.

Assistant Site Manager

We are currently supporting one of the south west's busiest housing developers and to join their team on an ongoing development in North Devon, theyare in need of supplementary Assistant Site management support.

Providing full assistance to the Senior Manager, you'll be involved in co-ordinating sub-contract trades, pushing for high quality standards and maintaining the expected compliance for Health & Safety.

In addition to already having experience at Site or Assistant Site management level, you'll also need good communication skills, great H & S knowledge plus the usual site tickets (SMSTS, First aid at work & CSCS card).
